- Prepare and digitize physical materials using industrial scanning equipment
- Operate high-speed document scanners and industrial cutters safely and efficiently
- Monitor scan quality, identify issues, and perform necessary corrections
- Organize, label, and store digital files following established conventions
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while meeting daily throughput and accuracy targets
- 0-2 years of experience operating physical equipment safely
- Experience with visual quality inspection and error detection
- Basic computer skills for file handling and software operation
- Ability to perform physical, hands-on tasks for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures consistently
- Stable, hands-on work supporting advanced AI technology development
- Work in a clean, safety-first environment
- No prior technical experience or degree required—success is based on reliability and attention to detail
