What's the Job?
- Monitor and ensure the smooth operation of Prime Brokerage Margin and Risk Control Batches
- Support users by resolving complex technical issues related to applications, networks, servers, and workstations
- Respond promptly to user requests within established service level agreements
- Identify and implement solutions for ongoing issues or pending resolutions
- Collaborate with technology and development teams to troubleshoot and resolve incidents effectively
- Hands-on experience in production application support
- Strong knowledge of UNIX systems (Solaris and Linux)
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Perl or UNIX shells
- Experience with MS SQL, Sybase, and Windows Clustering
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills with a detail-oriented approach
