What's the Job?
- Execute transactional tasks supporting the Phase-In Phase-Out (PIPO) demand process
- Ensure accurate entry of demand data into ERP systems to facilitate inventory build requirements
- Maintain timely follow-up on requests and forecast transition from Phase Out to Phase In
- Prepare and deliver regular status reports on inventory build activities for leadership review
- Support data tool analytics to enhance supply chain decision-making
- Proficiency in Office 365 (especially Excel), SAP ECC or S/4 HANA, and Power BI
- Effective communication skills to collaborate across teams and regions
- Analytical mindset with the ability to support data-driven decisions
- Experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration
- Educational background in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management, or relevant work experience
