Key Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and maintain real-time dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights into transportation performance, quality, and costs, utilizing statistical and analytical techniques to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Manage load data within routing systems, monitor carrier performance, and identify opportunities to streamline freight movement and reduce costs across multiple transportation modes.
- Extract insights from large datasets to pinpoint bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and cost-saving opportunities, driving ongoing network optimization efforts.
- Share data-driven recommendations with supply chain stakeholders, support strategic initiatives, and work with various teams to enhance transportation resiliency and responsiveness.
- Track, analyze, and report on critical KPIs, assist in managing strategic projects, and coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure successful execution and delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in supply chain analysis, transportation management, or logistics roles.
- Strong skills in data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau) and transportation management systems.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
