Job Title: Supply Chain Planner

What's the Job?
- Manage and validate customer orders, ensuring accurate entry and timely processing
- Collaborate with multiple teams to optimize delivery schedules and resolve backorder issues
- Analyze open order reports, monitor system integrity, and ensure adherence to SLAs
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with Channel Managers, Logistics, and Allocation Planning teams
- Identify root causes of process failures and implement continuous improvements to enhance efficiency
- 1-2 years of experience in supply chain management or related fields
- Proficiency in Excel, including formulas, pivots, and data analysis
- Understanding of supply chain systems and structures, preferably SAP ECC or Oracle Fusion
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with internal teams and external partners
