Research Project Manager

Our client, a leading organization in innovative research and technology, is seeking a Research Project Manager to join their dynamic team. As a Research Project Manager, you will be part of the Reality Labs Research department supporting cutting-edge audio research initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully within the organization.

Location:Redmond, WA (Hybrid)

Contract: 12-24 Month Contract

$70-$72/hour

What's the Job?

• Oversee all aspects of the data collection facility's operations, ensuring efficient workflows for data gathering, storage, and processing.
• Collaborate closely with research scientists, data engineers, and technical program managers to plan and align data collection efforts with research objectives.
• Manage software development and hardware acquisition tasks, organizing work into sprints and leading related meetings.
• Support project budgets and vendor contracts, including preparing statements of work for data collection projects.
• Monitor project progress, ensure deadlines are met, and maintain high standards of operational excellence and data quality.

• Proven experience in project management, particularly in scientific or data collection facility environments.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to lead complex projects from inception to completion.
• Understanding of ethical and privacy considerations related to human subjects research.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with cross-functional teams and vendors.
