What's the Job?
- Implement and support MFP software applications.
- Support and understand Microsoft related technologies: Windows Server, SharePoint, Office365, Group Policy.
- Provide technical support at the network level: WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and security.
- Execute print driver setup and best practices.
- Oversee remote access solution implementation and support: VPN, Terminal Services, or Citrix.
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associates Degree / Bachelors Degree preferred.
- 2-4 Years in the IT field or work-related experience.
- A valid driver's license and good driving record is a must.
- Very strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills are essential, alongside strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent customer service skills is a must for this position.
