Office Administrator Role:

Responsible for providing general administrative support while overseeing clerical and basic IT support functions. Maintains office organization, supports daily operations, and ensures company equipment and technology are functioning properly. Keeps an inventory of office supplies and orders materials as needed to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workplace for employees and visitors.

Essential job functions:

  • Support inventory counts and ordering for the Production Team and for office supplies
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries; manage outgoing mail
  • Support Fleet Management (DMV, Samsara, Safety etc)
  • Support safety process/equipment for the facilities
  • Organize and maintain files, invoices, purchase orders, receipts, and other records
  • Scan and file documents accurately and efficiently
  • Greet clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Perform supply runs to purchase or pick up office materials and business-related items as needed
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to voicemails and emails promptly
  • Provide basic IT support, including:
    • Setting up company phones and equipment for new hire
    • Troubleshooting routine IT issues
    • Maintaining and fixing printers and other office equipment
  • Assist with managing and maintaining office technology and infrastructure
  • Research and assist with various operational projects
  • Support the culture of the company through the coordination and execution of corporate events and holiday parties, and acknowledgement of employee anniversaries/birthdays.
  • Perform related duties as assigned
Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required; one year of office administration or related experience preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Basic technical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot common IT and equipment issues
  • Ability to provide outstanding, friendly, and professional customer service
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on efficiency
  • Excellent decision-making skills with the ability to work independently
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage processes and maintain systems
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills

Physical Requirements:

  • Occasionally required to stand and walk
  • Frequently required to sit
  • Occasionally work near moving mechanical parts
  • While performing the duties of this job, the noise level in the work environment is usually moderate loud
  • The employee must frequently lift and/or move more than 10 pounds

Salary : $18 - $22
