- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technology projects within the organization.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage project interdependencies to meet strategic goals.
- Facilitate communication with stakeholders, providing clear updates on project status, risks, and issues.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring operational readiness and compliance throughout project lifecycle.
- 8–10 years of experience managing technology projects in regulated environments, including projects involving AI, machine learning, or intelligent automation solutions.
- Proficiency with project management methodologies such as Agile, and tools like Jira, Confluence, GitLab, and Microsoft SharePoint, with hands-on experience delivering AI or data-driven initiatives in an Agile environment.
- Strong ability to interpret and communicate complex technical concepts, including AI-related solutions and impacts, to diverse audiences.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams on emerging technology and AI-focused projects.
- Relevant certifications such as PMP or PMI are preferred, particularly for candidates managing complex, advanced technology initiatives.
