Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership and Execution
- Plan, execute, and deliver multiple concurrent AI/technology projects.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Manage project interdependencies and coordinate deliverables across technology and business teams.
- Facilitate project meetings, prepare executive updates, and deliver clear reporting on progress, risks, and dependencies.
- Translate complex AI and technology concepts into business-relevant terms for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks; escalate issues as needed.
- Support documentation and operational readiness for AI tools at all stages of the product lifecycle.
- Promote adoption of best practices in agile project management and iterative delivery.
- Contribute to internal playbooks, templates, and governance frameworks.
- Continuously assess opportunities to enhance delivery processes and optimize collaboration.
- 8–10 years of experience managing technology projects, preferably within highly regulated environments.
- PMP or PMI certification preferred.
- Proven experience delivering projects involving emerging technologies, data platforms, AI/ML, or technology architecture.
- Strong understanding of Agile project management methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence, GitLab, SharePoint).
- Ability to communicate technical AI concepts in a business context.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and other productivity tools.
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for presentation to senior stakeholders.
