Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a HR Operations Specialist to join their team. As a HR Operations Specialist, you will be part of the HR Operations department supporting global HR processes and employee lifecycle management.

Job Title: HR Operations Specialist

Location: 29427 Louis Chevrolet Rd, Warren, MI 48093 (Cole Engineering Center)

Pay Range: $36 per hour

What's the Job?

  • Execute high-volume employee lifecycle transactions such as onboarding, offboarding, job changes, leaves, and relocations with accuracy and compliance.
  • Manage offboarding logistics, including documentation, system processing, equipment coordination, and employee communications.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Leave of Absence transactions and HR inquiries, escalating complex issues as needed.
  • Coordinate global HR operational activities, including immigration, relocation support, and country-specific requirements.
  • Support performance management, employee relations, and workforce planning processes by preparing documentation and tracking actions.


What's Needed?

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 2–4 years of experience in HR operations or related HR support roles.
  • Strong experience executing HR transactions in Workday or similar HR systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience supporting global or multi-country HR processes with a collaborative mindset.
