- Design and optimize recombinant protein expression protocols using mammalian and insect cell systems.
- Perform protein purification and analyze protein quality and yield.
- Maintain sterile cell culture techniques to ensure contamination-free experiments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support molecular discovery campaigns and structural studies.
- Document experimental procedures and results accurately for ongoing research and regulatory compliance.
- 0-2 years of industry experience in protein expression and purification.
- Bachelor's degree in biochemistry, molecular biology, or a related field.
- Experience with mammalian and insect cell culture techniques.
- Knowledge of E. coli protein expression is a plus.
- Knowledge of sterile cell culturing
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
