- Support the global rollout of a new electronic Quality Management System (QMS) across multiple business units and countries.
- Coordinate between central project teams and local teams to ensure smooth implementation and adoption.
- Manage training sessions with regional and local teams, acting as a Qualified Trainer to facilitate effective learning.
- Monitor, report, and escalate user application issues, ensuring they are logged and addressed promptly.
- Assist in the development of local training materials and support validation activities of eQMS modules as needed.
- Experience with electronic Quality Management Systems and knowledge of GxP standards such as GMP and GDP.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook (Microsoft Office).
- Background in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a collaborative mindset.
