QA Specialist

Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry, is seeking a QA Specialist to join their team. As a QA Specialist, you will be part of the Quality Assurance Department supporting global quality initiatives. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, adaptability, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Support the global rollout of a new electronic Quality Management System (QMS) across multiple business units and countries.
• Coordinate between central project teams and local teams to ensure smooth implementation and adoption.
• Manage training sessions with regional and local teams, acting as a Qualified Trainer to facilitate effective learning.
• Monitor, report, and escalate user application issues, ensuring they are logged and addressed promptly.
• Assist in the development of local training materials and support validation activities of eQMS modules as needed.
  
  
  

What's Needed?

• Experience with electronic Quality Management Systems and knowledge of GxP standards such as GMP and GDP.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook (Microsoft Office).
• Background in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is preferred.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a collaborative mindset.
