Job Title: Import Export Analyst

What's the Job?
- Support internal customers in coordinating inbound and outbound shipment processes.
- Ensure all documentation and record keeping comply with U.S. import/export regulations.
- Create Proforma Invoices and classify commodities according to HTS and Schedule B codes.
- Maintain updated FDA and other agency data, NAFTA Certificates of Origin, and file Shippers Export Declarations.
- Track shipments, follow up on logistics, and assist with compliance and audit processes.
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. with 0-3 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of import/export logistics, international freight forwarding, and government regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
- Experience with HTS classification and working with government compliance standards.
- Strong analytical skills and document management capabilities.
- Opportunity to work on a tariff mitigation project transitioning into a customs data role.
