- Lead investigations of complex quality issues to ensure timely completion of CAPA activities related to nonconformances, deviations, and complaint investigations.
- Utilize investigational tools and root cause analysis techniques to identify appropriate causes and implement effective corrective actions.
- Maintain the effectiveness and audit-readiness of CAPA system records, ensuring compliance with internal and external quality standards.
- Generate trending metrics and reports to prioritize actions and support continuous improvement efforts.
- Support a collaborative work environment by demonstrating full cross-functional team support and ensuring clear, effective communication.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or Life Sciences.
- Experience with Corrective and Preventative Action (CAPA) processes in medical devices or laboratories.
- Proficiency in EQMS or similar CAPA management systems.
- Excellent communication and technical writing skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and prioritize workload effectively.
