Akkodis is seeking a CAPA Process Analyst II for a Contract with a client in Gretna, LA 70053. The ideal candidate must have proven expertise in root cause analysis, QMS platforms, and maintaining compliant, audit-ready CAPA documentation while collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
Rate Range: $30/Hour to $33/Hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
CAPA Process Analyst II Job Responsibilities include:
- Lead investigations of nonconformances, deviations, and quality events, ensuring timely completion of CAPA activities.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement effective corrective and preventive actions to address quality issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, laboratory personnel, and technical staff to support investigations and drive compliance.
- Maintain accurate, complete, and audit-ready CAPA documentation within QMS platforms in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Monitor CAPA progress, identify trends, and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality system performance.
- Communicate quality concerns, compliance risks, and procedural gaps to management while ensuring adherence to established quality standards and regulations.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences or a related scientific discipline.
- 4 years of experience in CAPA, Quality Assurance, or Quality Systems within a regulated pharmaceutical, medical device, or laboratory environment.
- Proven experience conducting CAPA investigations, root cause analysis, and managing quality events/nonconformances through QMS platforms.
- Strong technical writing and communication skills with the ability to create compliant, audit-ready documentation and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience ensuring compliance with FDA, CAP, NLCP, or similar regulatory standards.
- Preferred experience with Agile environments, project management, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
