Job Functions
- Support procurement activities for industrial turnaround projects at various sites.
- Coordinate bidding processes and sourcing for materials, equipment, and services.
- Provide guidance on commercial and contract considerations as an advisory resource.
- Work directly with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely procurement.
- Assist with bid analysis, reporting, and procurement documentation to support project needs.
- Procurement or sourcing experience in industrial environments such as chemical, oil & gas, or manufacturing.
- Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills to work independently and collaboratively.
- Experience with procurement systems like Ariba and ERP platforms such as SAP is preferred.
- Ability to handle extended hours and overtime during turnaround periods.
- Familiarity with reporting tools such as Power BI and Excel for bid evaluations and analysis.
