- Configure, operate, and maintain pilot-scale process equipment focused on nonwoven production
- Measure and analyze the properties of nonwoven materials produced on the line
- Maintain detailed records and communicate technical results effectively
- Develop and follow standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and quality
- Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment, including material handling tasks
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Experience with roll-to-roll web processing, fiber processing, or compounding is highly desirable
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a safety-conscious environment
- Effective communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Willingness to follow safety protocols, including wearing steel-toe shoes, hearing protection, and respiratory protection as needed
