What's the Job?
- Manage complex calendars across multiple time zones and adjust quickly to changing priorities
- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, logistics, and team operations
- Support recruitment scheduling and handle various ad hoc administrative duties
- Maintain organizational materials such as team calendars, org charts, and distribution lists
- Assist in ensuring smooth communication and workflow within the engineering teams
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Excellent judgment, professionalism, and communication skills
- Experience supporting senior leaders in a large, global organization
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, macOS, and Slack
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
