We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support two Vice Presidents within a global Web & Mobile Engineering organization. This is an initial 6-month hybrid contract opportunity.
This role is critical in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, managing complex schedules, and helping leaders stay focused on strategic priorities in a fast-paced technology environment.
Contract: 6-months (possibility of extension)

Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars across multiple time zones, balancing competing priorities and rapidly changing schedules
- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and logistics for senior leadership
- Support team operations and organizational initiatives across a global engineering organization
- Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews and recruitment activities
- Maintain organizational resources including team calendars, org charts, distribution lists, and other operational documentation
- Assist with special projects and provide ad hoc administrative support as needed
- Serve as a trusted partner to leadership, exercising sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential information
Qualifications
- Previous experience supporting senior executives, Vice Presidents, or leadership teams within a large corporate environment
- Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly in a fast-paced setting
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional demeanor with excellent judgment and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, macOS, and Slack
- Experience coordinating across global teams and multiple time zones is highly preferred
