What's the Job?
- Provide expertise in Service Management and Customer Service within SAP S/4HANA, focusing on Service and Warranty modules.
- Engage with clients to understand their business requirements and facilitate discussions related to SAP functional consulting.
- Lead discussions and collaborate with clients to drive SAP solution implementations aligned with their operational needs.
- Maintain professionalism, integrity, and personal responsibility to uphold a respectful and courteous work environment.
- Design, configure, and guide the implementation of SAP S/4HANA order-to-cash functionalities, including supporting offshore teams for development tasks.
- 8-10 years of experience in Service Management and Customer Service within SAP S/4HANA environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create and maintain meaningful client relationships.
- Outstanding SAP configuration skills, with experience in SAP Activate methodology.
- Strong technical knowledge with the ability to communicate findings and recommendations effectively to client management teams.
- Deep expertise in SAP business processes such as Contracts, Order Management, Pricing, Deliveries, Shipments, and Billing.
