Data Analyst

Our client, a leading organization in the technology and data management sector, is seeking a Data Analyst to join their team. As a Data Analyst, you will be part of the Strategy & Planning department supporting internal teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate analytical thinking, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Data Analyst

Location: Redmond, WA - Hybrid 3 days

Pay Range: $53.85 - $57.hr on Experis W2 (Benefits/401k/PTO)

Top Must-Have HARD Skills & years of experience for each:

5-7 years" Power BI, Database, Data Analytics, and Power platform

What's the Job?

• Coordinate changes to computer databases, testing, and implementing database solutions.
• Work with management and technical teams to determine data requirements and best practices for data manipulation, storage, and analysis.
• Design, develop, automate, and maintain large-scale enterprise data ETL processes.
• Modify existing databases and guide programmers and analysts on necessary updates.
• Test programs or databases, identify errors, and make necessary modifications to ensure optimal performance.
  
  
  

What's Needed?

• Experience with database technologies and management systems.
• Knowledge of the ETL process and at least one scripting language.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science or related discipline, with 5-7 years of applicable experience.
