- Apply growing technical knowledge to operate specific technology areas such as server administration, technical security management, or performance management.
- Resolve routine in-scope technical incidents independently to ensure minimal disruption for customers.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve more complex technical issues.
- Utilize HP solutions to meet customer needs within your area of technical responsibility.
- Participate in customer expectation management and escalation processes to maintain high service standards.
- Possession of a Bachelor's degree or an Associate degree in a technical field, with 3-5 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Basic knowledge of HP products and service offerings.
- Effective communication skills suitable for technical and management audiences.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, including proactive, reactive, and creative approaches based on established procedures.
- Conceptual understanding of IT environments and technical principles.
