We are seeking a detail-oriented Insurance Licensing Coordinator to join our client's team on a temp-to-hire basis. This role is fully remote and focuses exclusively on managing insurance licensing processes, ensuring compliance, and maintaining accurate records across multiple states.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of insurance licenses, including applications, renewals, and terminations.
• Ensure compliance with state insurance regulations and maintain up-to-date knowledge of licensing requirements.
• Coordinate with carriers, internal departments, and external vendors to resolve licensing issues.
• Maintain accurate licensing records and documentation in internal systems.
• Proactively track and report license expirations and required continuing education deadlines.

• Previous experience in insurance licensing or a related administrative role.
• Strong knowledge of state insurance regulations and licensing procedures.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
