What are the responsibilities and job description for the Temp Real Estate Paralegal position at Hire Counsel?
Our client is searching for a Temporary Real Estate Paralegal to join their team in Atlanta. There is flexibility for this to be hybrid following training. In office presence, would be rare after training.
Pay Rate: $45-60 an hour
Duration: 6 months (with potential for full time)
Location: Atlanta
Responsibilities:
· Assists with due diligence required for real estate transactions.
· Develops, monitors and updates closing checklists for reach estate transactions.
· Prepares required documents and coordinates execution and delivery of documentation to other parties’ counsel, lenders, governmental agencies, vendors, etc.
· Minimum Years of Experience: 1-year Paralegal experience for individuals with a bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate. OR
· Individuals without a degree or certification require 5 years' legal support experience in Real Estate.
Pay: $45.00 - $60.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
