Customer Support Representative (Bilingual)

Location: Greenville, SC

Pay: $18-20/hour, temp-to-hire

Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, on-site

They are looking for you, an experienced Claims Customer Support Representative, to join their team in a contract role supporting adjusters and managers with claims processing.

What You Get To Do

• Receive and respond to customer inquiries regarding claims via phone, fax, or email
• Enter key data into the claims system upon first notice of loss
• Support claims adjusters and managers by completing assigned tasks
• Perform additional administrative duties as assigned by management
  
  

What You Need To Succeed

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience required
• Minimum of 2 years in a customer service role
• Strong telephone, typing, and communication skills
• Intermediate computer skills (word processing, spreadsheets, databases, email)
• Bilingual skills preferred but not required
