Role Responsibilities
- Serve as a key advisor and resource for employee relations across the U.S.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment and selection for assigned client groups.
- Support and mentor leaders in implementing effective employee performance and development strategies.
- Assist with non-occupational disability case management.
- Participate in the planning and coordination of employee training and development programs.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and related matters.
- Assist with compensation and benefits administration.
- Participate in the design, development, rollout, and training of employment policies and procedures.
- Identify opportunities to streamline or automate HR processes to improve service delivery.
- Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
- 5-7 years of Human Resources experience.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. employment legislation and its application.
- Experience with employee relations, recruitment, health and safety, disability management, compensation, benefits, and training.
- 6 years of recruitment experience and building talent pipelines preferred.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Resourceful, innovative, and persuasive mindset.
- Ability to manage shifting priorities and multiple responsibilities.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to operate both tactically and strategically in support of short- and long-term business objectives.
- Ability to work collaboratively across all organizational levels in a flexible, team-oriented environment.
- Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or construction environments is considered an asset.
- SHRM-CP certification is an asset.
Salary : $75,000 - $90,000
