They are seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations from pre-construction through closeout.
What You’ll Do
- Lead all day-to-day field operations, subcontractor coordination, and site logistics
- Act as the primary on-site point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and project teams
- Support pre-construction planning, including logistics, phasing, and scheduling strategy
- Develop and manage 3-week lookahead schedules and track project milestones
- Ensure all work aligns with drawings, specifications, and approved submittals
- Oversee quality control, inspections, punch lists, and project closeout
- Enforce site safety protocols and ensure OSHA compliance
- Maintain accurate documentation in Procore and internal systems
- 5 years of experience in commercial construction
- Proven ability to manage field operations and subcontractors
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with scheduling, site coordination, and safety management
- Proficiency in Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office
- OSHA 30 Certification (required)
- MA Construction Supervisor License (required)
- Healthcare project experience is a plus
- $150,000 base salary (depending on experience)
