Position Overview
We are seeking a Superintendent to lead field operations on tenant improvement, higher education, and general commercial projects ranging from $1M–$15M in the Worcester market. This individual will be responsible for managing day-to-day site activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all on-site construction activities from mobilization through closeout
- Manage subcontractors, site logistics, scheduling, and coordination of trades
- Ensure adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards
- Lead site safety efforts and maintain compliance with OSHA and company protocols
- Coordinate closely with Project Managers, clients, and design teams
- Conduct regular site meetings, progress reporting, and inspections
- Proactively identify and resolve field issues to maintain project momentum

Qualifications
- 5–10 years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction
- Strong background in interiors / TI work and occupied renovations preferred
- Experience with higher education or institutional projects is a plus
- Proven ability to manage multiple trades and fast-paced project schedules
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- OSHA certification required (OSHA 30 preferred)
