Estimator – Commercial Construction
$100K- $150K base bonus strong benefits package

What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Prepare conceptual budgets and detailed project estimates from preconstruction through final bid
- Perform quantity takeoffs, cost analysis, bid leveling, and scope review
- Work directly with subcontractors and vendors to develop competitive pricing
- Partner closely with Project Managers and leadership throughout the preconstruction process
- Support value engineering efforts and project strategy discussions
- Review drawings, specifications, and bid documents to identify project risks and opportunities
- Assist with subcontractor outreach, bid solicitation, and scope alignment
- Help maintain accurate estimating databases and historical cost information

Ideal Background
- 3 years of estimating experience with a General Contractor preferred
- Experience estimating commercial, multifamily, industrial, or renovation projects
- Strong understanding of takeoffs, conceptual estimating, and subcontractor coordination
- Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset
