Superintendent – Commercial Construction

What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Oversee daily field operations from project startup through closeout
- Coordinate subcontractors, scheduling, manpower, and site logistics throughout project execution
- Maintain project schedules, quality standards, and jobsite safety expectations
- Lead subcontractor meetings, pull-planning sessions, and daily field coordination efforts
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers, owners, architects, engineers, and field teams
- Proactively identify and solve construction challenges in the field before they impact schedule or budget
- Ensure projects remain aligned with schedule milestones and financial goals
- Review drawings, specifications, and construction documents to support field execution
- Mentor and develop Assistant Superintendents and junior field personnel

Ideal Background
- 5 years of commercial construction Superintendent experience with a General Contractor
- Experience within healthcare, education, industrial, or commercial construction environments preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and field coordination abilities
- Experience managing subcontractors and complex field operations across multiple phases of construction
- Ability to manage schedules, sequencing, manpower, and jobsite logistics effectively
- Strong understanding of safety standards, quality control, and project execution
