This is not a remote role. Applicants must be able to report to work on time as scheduled.

Position: Residential Specialist

Location: Honolulu, HI

Pay: $19 to $22/hour

Experience: 1 year of experience with security programs, policies, and controls preferred.

Education: High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in related field preferred.

Type: Full-time; Temp to Hire

Schedule: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (5 shifts a week)

Job Description

• Customer service or hospitality experience is highly preferred.
• Guard Card preferred; candidates without one are expected to obtain within 30 days (employer will assist with the process).
• Valid driver's license is preferred.
• Experience with OSHA, Disability Management, and Workers Compensation preferred.
• Knowledge of current laws, regulations, and practices in safety and security.
• Strong customer service and hospitality mindset.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Leadership and motivational abilities.
• Attention to detail.
