Position: MDS Coordinator (RN)

Location: Kapolei, HI

Pay: $100,692.80 - $104,977.60/year

Experience: At least 1 year of experience in professional nursing.

Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.

Type: Full-time; Temp to Perm

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:30am to 2:30pm.

Kahu Malama Nurses is seeking an MDS Coordinator (RN) to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description

• Monitor and evaluate quality of care and nursing services.
• Conduct daily rounds to assess performance and compliance.
• Review clinical records and ensure accurate documentation.
• Analyze data and trends to improve patient care outcomes.
• Train and educate staff on regulations and care standards.
• Investigate issues and direct concerns to appropriate leadership.
• Support development and improvement of nursing processes.
  
  

Position Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse license in the State of Hawaii.
• Active certification in nurse assessment coordination.
• Knowledge of professional nursing standards and practices.
• Ability to analyze data and identify trends.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to collaborate with staff, residents, and families.
