Job Description

• Manage leasing activities including coordinating move-ins and move-outs.
• Market available properties and promote listings to attract prospective tenants.
• Set up property signage and ensure visibility of available units.
• Schedule and coordinate maintenance and property-related activities.
• Travel between multiple properties to support leasing operations.
• Maintain communication with prospective and current tenants.

• Strong sales and marketing skills with a results-driven approach.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
