Job Description
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and physical examinations.
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions.
- Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests.
- Prescribe medications in accordance with Florida's scope of practice laws.
- Develop and manage individualized treatment plans.
- Provide preventive care, screenings, and patient education.
- Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record system.
- Active Florida Advanced Practice Registered Nurse license is required.
- National board certification required (Family Nurse Practitioner preferred).
- Active Drug Enforcement Administration registration required or eligible.
- Basic Life Support certification required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support preferred.
- Strong clinical decision-making and documentation skills.
- Knowledge of Florida regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
- Strong communication and patient-centered care skills.
