Position: Recruiter

Location: Huntington Beach, CA

Pay: $70,000–$75,000/year commission

Experience: Previous recruiting experience required.

Type: Full-time

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Greene Resources is seeking a Recruiter to join a growing team!

Job Description

• Conduct heavy outbound sourcing and cold calling to identify qualified candidates.
• Write and execute Boolean search strings to generate candidate pipelines.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through the offer stage.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and timelines.
• Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for internal and client-facing roles.
• Maintain accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking system.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future openings.
  
  

Position Requirements

• Experience writing Boolean search code for candidate sourcing.
• Ability to meet performance metrics in a high-volume recruiting environment.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Highly organized with strong time management abilities.
