Job Description
- Provide front-line customer service to residents, guests, and visitors.
- Monitor property access and ensure only authorized individuals enter.
- Respond to resident concerns and service requests promptly.
- Manage package deliveries, logs, and building records.
- Patrol property and monitor security systems, including cameras.
- Direct vehicle and pedestrian traffic in designated areas.
- Assist with amenity operations, reservations, and event setups.
- Respond to emergencies and report safety or security concerns.
- Work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Lift and move items up to 50 lbs.
- Stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
- Operate basic computer programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Learn and use property management systems and tools.
- Drive and park various types of vehicles safely.
- Communicate clearly and work with minimal supervision.
