Position: Residential Specialist

Location: Honolulu, HI

Pay: $22/hour (Up to $25.00/hour for bilingual candidates in English and Japanese, Chinese, or Korean)

Experience: Experience in high-end customer service roles required. Experience in a 4- or 5-star hotel or luxury condominium preferred.

Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.

Type: Full-time; Contract

Schedule: Sunday – Thursday, 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.

Staffing Solutions of Hawaii is seeking a Residential Specialist to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description

• Provide front-line customer service to residents, guests, and visitors.
• Monitor property access and ensure only authorized individuals enter.
• Respond to resident concerns and service requests promptly.
• Manage package deliveries, logs, and building records.
• Patrol property and monitor security systems, including cameras.
• Direct vehicle and pedestrian traffic in designated areas.
• Assist with amenity operations, reservations, and event setups.
• Respond to emergencies and report safety or security concerns.
  
  

Position Requirements

• Work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Lift and move items up to 50 lbs.
• Stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Operate basic computer programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Learn and use property management systems and tools.
• Drive and park various types of vehicles safely.
• Communicate clearly and work with minimal supervision.
