Job Description

• Clean and maintain common areas including lobbies, amenity rooms, and hallways.
• Vacuum carpets, sweep, mop, and polish floors as needed.
• Clean and disinfect restrooms, trash areas, and high-touch surfaces.
• Collect and dispose of trash throughout the property.
• Clean windows, glass doors, and furniture in shared spaces.
• Maintain outdoor areas including parking garage, walkways, and recreation areas.
• Perform deep cleaning tasks such as pressure washing and carpet cleaning as directed.
  
  

Position Requirements

• Lift and move materials weighing up to 50–100 lbs.
• Stand, walk, bend, and climb for extended periods.
• Work at heights, including ladders up to 10 feet.
• Follow safety procedures and detailed instructions.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
