Position: Residential Specialist

Location: Honolulu, HI

Pay: $21/hour

Experience: Previous security or customer service experience preferred.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; ACT 208 State Guard Card preferred or ability to obtain.

Type: Full-time; Contract

Schedule: Monday–Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday, 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM,

Staffing Solutions of Hawaii is seeking a Residential Specialist to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description

• Monitor property and observe activities to ensure safety and security.
• Document incidents clearly and report concerns to management or authorities.
• Respond to emergencies and contact emergency services when necessary.
• Provide professional customer service to residents, guests, and vendors.
• Conduct routine patrols of assigned areas.
• Complete required reports and administrative documentation.
• Support property operations with general administrative tasks as needed.
  
  

Position Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must possess a valid State of Hawaii driver’s license.
• Must have reliable transportation and communication.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English professionally.
• Ability to remain calm and proactive in stressful situations.
• Strong computer literacy and organizational skills.
• No industry-related criminal record.
• Flexible mindset with a positive and professional attitude.
