Position: Club Server

Location: Kihei, HI

Pay: $29.95/hour

Experience: At least one year of serving experience in a full-service environment required; high-end restaurant, club, or resort experience preferred.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.

Type: Full-time; Temporary

Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday; 6:00am to 4:00pm or 12:00pm to 10:00pm

Job Description

• Provide exceptional food and beverage service to members and guests.
• Demonstrate full knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and daily specials.
• Recommend and pair wines, cocktails, and beverages with menu selections.
• Accurately enter orders into the point of sale system and process payments.
• Ensure all food orders are complete and meet guest specifications before delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness, stocking, and organization of service areas.
• Complete opening and closing duties in accordance with department standards.
  
  

Position Requirements

• State Food Safety Certificate or the ability to obtain prior to start.
• Knowledge of Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points and local food safety standards.
• Strong knowledge of wines, cocktails, and beverage service.
• Ability to maintain quality and service standards in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail.
• Professional communication and guest service skills.
