Title: Employment Litigation Associate
Location: Kansas City, MO
Base Salary: $170,000 plus bonus and benefits
The Firm:
A national law firm with a dedicated labor and employment practice representing employers across a variety of industries. The firm advises corporate clients on workplace disputes, employment litigation and regulatory matters, with a strong emphasis on defending employers in complex claims.
Requirements:
- 4–6 years of litigation experience, ideally with a focus on employment law.
- Active Missouri Bar admission required
- Experience handling employment discrimination, retaliation and other workplace-related disputes.
- Strong legal research, writing and case management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple matters and work effectively within a collaborative legal team.
