Title: Employment Litigation Associate
Location: White Plains, NY | Fully In-Office (5 Days a Week)
Base Salary: $150,000–$170,000 Bonus and Benefits
The Firm:
An established law firm is seeking an Employment Litigation Associate to join its Labor & Employment practice in White Plains, NY. The team represents employers in employment-related disputes and litigation, offering the opportunity to handle a range of challenging matters while continuing to develop within an established practice.
Requirements:
- 3 years of law firm labor and employment law experience, ideally with a management-side focus.
- Strong legal research, writing, drafting and litigation skills, with the ability to manage matters effectively and communicate confidently with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while managing responsibilities independently.
- Willingness to work in the White Plains office five days a week.
Benefits:
- Competitive base salary of $150,000–$170,000, plus bonus and benefits.
