Labor & Employment Associate Attorney
Prestigious Manhattan law firm with a high-end Employment Litigation and Counseling practice group is seeking to add a mid-level employment attorney to a fast-growing practice. The ideal attorney has between 4-7 years of quality law firm-based L&E experience representing management on employment matters across various industries, including financial services, hospitality, retail, technology, travel, nonprofits and energy. Mix of litigation and counseling experience, including court appearances, mediations, arbitrations, drafting employee handbooks, etc. Prior Deal experience supporting corporate teams on M&A work/diligence on employment practices is a plus! Firm offers good client contact, hands-on work, mentoring by senior partners and a solid path to upward mobility. Hybrid work schedule, salary in the $200K-$275K range, not including sizeable bonus.
