Title: Employment Litigation Associate
Location: Jacksonville, FL
Base Salary: $170,000 plus bonus and benefits
The Firm:
An established law firm with a substantial management-side employment practice. The firm represents businesses and other employers in workplace litigation, employment disputes and advisory matters, providing guidance on a broad range of employment law issues.
Requirements:
- 5–6 years of employment litigation experience.
- Active Florida Bar admission required.
- Experience managing employment disputes through discovery and motion practice.
- Ability to take and defend depositions and draft substantive motions.
- Familiarity with discrimination, retaliation, leave-related claims and wage-and-hour disputes.
- Strong analytical, advocacy and client communication skills.
