Title: Labor & Employment Attorney
Location: Manhattan, New York
Base Salary: $240,000–$300,000 DOE, plus bonus and benefits

A highly regarded law firm is seeking a Labor & Employment Attorney to join its Manhattan team. The firm offers the opportunity to work with established employer-side clients on a range of employment litigation and advisory matters, combining complex disputes with practical workplace counselling. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to further develop their expertise within a respected labor and employment practice.
Requirements:
- 3–6 years of labor and employment law experience, with a focus on management-side employment litigation.
- Experience representing employers in discrimination, harassment, retaliation and wage-and-hour disputes.
- Experience advising management-side clients on employment law matters, combining litigation experience with practical workplace counselling.
- Familiarity with employment policies, workplace compliance and a range of employer-side employment issues.
- Strong written, analytical and communication skills.
- Admission to the New York Bar.
