Title: Employment Litigation Attorney
Location: Dallas, Texas
Base Salary: $180,000–$320,000 DOE, plus bonus and benefits
The Firm:
A distinguished Am Law 100 law firm with an established national presence is seeking an Employment Litigation Associate to join its Dallas office. The firm is recognised for its sophisticated litigation practice, high-profile client base and commitment to delivering high-quality legal services. This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected team handling complex employment matters for employers across a range of industries.
Requirements:
- 5–10 years of employment law experience, with a strong focus on management-side employment litigation.
- Experience representing employers in discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage-and-hour or wrongful termination matters.
- Experience handling depositions, dispositive motions, arbitrations and litigation strategy.
- First-chair trial experience is highly desirable.
- Experience advising employers on workplace policies, terminations, employment agreements, restrictive covenants and pre-litigation strategy is advantageous.
- Admission to the Texas Bar.
- Ability to meet an annual billable-hour requirement of approximately 1,900 hours.
