⚙️ What You'll Do
• Build enterprise-grade AI agents from the ground up.
• Work closely with the CTO (ex-Apple AI/ML speech and language models) and a staff research scientist.
• Talk to customers, understand their flows, translate into robust agentic solutions.
• Implement cutting-edge AI capabilities in production.
• Work in-person from SF — 5-day week.
✅ Must-have qualifications
• 1 years of consumer-facing engineering experience.
• Strong backend systems experience (Python).
• Clear communicator — both in person and in writing.
• Drive, grit, and ownership — above all else.
✨ Nice to have
• Experience with LLMs, agentic systems, or AI evals.
• Background in insurance, compliance, or regulated enterprise workflows.
