🎯 Why This Role Exists
Join the agent team to set up evals, experiment with frontier agentic techniques, and ship the orchestration layers that power real enterprise deployments. Not a model-training role — you'll be building orchestration and reasoning systems on top of existing LLMs (think Claude Code over Claude Model).
⚙️ What You'll Do
• Set up end-to-end evals to measure and improve agent performance.
• Experiment with new agentic techniques — multi-agent systems, reasoning-from-feedback, RFT.
• Build lightweight tools, servers, and orchestration layers (e.g. MCP servers) that let agents run reliably in production.
• Stay on top of emerging research on LLM/AI agents and bring ideas into production experiments.
✅ Must-have qualifications
• Amazing ability to prompt LLMs — Occam's razor in prompting.
• Strong Python — 3 years building in ML/AI.
• Clear communicator — both in person and in writing.
• Drive, grit, and ownership — above all else.
✨ Nice to have
• B2B SaaS background or 0-to-1 experience.
• Background in AI research, evals, or agentic system design.
