The company needs someone who can architect a complex AI workflow in the morning and translate technical tradeoffs to a CISO in the afternoon β and genuinely thrives doing both. β’ Own customer implementations end-to-end β from discovery and technical scoping through evaluation, tooling, deployment, and certification.
β’ Build world-class AI evals β set the standard for robustness and rigor across the industry.
β’ Go deep with customers β meet directly with their teams, ruthlessly uncover challenges, iterate fast.
β’ Shape the product roadmap β your frontline insights directly drive prioritization and strategy.
β’ Lead high-stakes certifications β own increasingly complex multi-person projects, define how agent evals get deployed across industries.
β’ Become the voice of the customer β turn patterns you spot across partnerships into product strategy.

β’ Entrepreneurial drive: World-class "get-things-done" attitude. Thrives in ambiguity, makes strong calls with incomplete information. Founding engineer or former founder is a bonus.
