💰 Compensation & Perks

• Salary: $130k – $190k base top-quartile equity
• Location: San Francisco (in-office)

This company is automating claims and improving loss ratios for the world's largest insurers. In under a year, they've reached multi-seven-figure ARR with ~50% MoM growth and raised two rounds from Tier 1 funds including Peter Thiel's Founders Fund — led by the partner who was early in OpenAI, Cognition, and Scale AI. The team comes from Harvard, Berkeley, Oxford, with engineers from DRW, Optiver, AWS, Palantir, AI researchers from Oxford/Cambridge labs publishing at ICML, ICCV, NeurIPS, and multiple ICPC and Olympiad winners.

⚙️ What You'll Do

• Own multiple client deployments from post-sale design through go-live — single point of contact for VP-level stakeholders.
• Work with client teams on architecture, data models, and workflow design — navigating complex stakeholder environments.
• Translate messy client reality into clear execution plans for both internal engineering teams and client executives.
• Configure the solution and translate complex customer needs into engineering requirements.
• Partner with sales on late-stage deals to help shape scope and create paths for expansion.

✅ Must-have qualifications

• 2-5 years in a client-facing technical role (solutions engineering, deployment, implementation consulting).
• Technical athlete — can lead a room of demanding executives and dive into a data model to solve a bottleneck.
• Strong structured thinking — break complex implementations into clear execution plans.
• Executive presence — credible with VP-level stakeholders.

• Background in insurance, claims, or regulated enterprise workflows.
• Experience at an early-stage, VC-backed startup.
