We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeper to join our hospitality team. Duties
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to hotel standards.
- Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as needed.
- Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces to maintain a pristine environment.
- Vacuum carpets and perform floor care duties, including mopping and sweeping.
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning products.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the housekeeping management team promptly.
- Assist with laundry duties as required to ensure timely availability of clean linens.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when reordering is necessary.
- Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness in accordance with health regulations and hotel policies.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial services is preferred but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of housekeeping management practices is a plus.
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and floor care techniques is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
- Strong communication skills with a friendly demeanor towards guests and staff alike.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
